Roland JV-80
The Roland JV-80 is a synthesizer used by Prince in the 1990s. Prince used one on Emancipation, although it may have appeared on earlier albums. It was then used on Newpower Soul and Rave Un2 The Joy Fantastic. Prince can be seen playing one in the bonus footage of the Rave Un2 The Year 2000 DVD and it is mentioned in the November 1999 issue of Keyboard magazine.
