An envelope filter pedal possibly used by Brownmark in the 1980s. In the Manic Monday video Brownmark can be seen with a brown Boss effect pedal. There is also a recording of Prince giving instructions to Brownmark of how to use an envelope filter pedal. It is possible that this pedal is a Boss TW-1.
